  • How do we get there?
We're located three miles east of Wadena, Minnesota on US Highway 10. We're at Mile Marker 93, between the towns of Verndale and Wadena. It is about one hundred sixty miles northwest of the Minneapolis – Saint Paul metro area and 102 miles from Fargo/Moorhead.
  • How are payments handled?
Our vendors accept cash and checks, some accept credit cards. (There is an ATM at the Holiday Gas Station in Wadena, at the intersection of US10 and US71.) To avoid confusion, please make purchases at the vendor space you are in where you find the item (before moving to another vendor space). Vendors should be at or near their selling areas, if you don't see the vendor, please ask another vendor how to pay ... or ... wave your money in the air, they'll come running! Thank you so much!
  • What are the facilities like?
We have four buildings. There's a cafe in the Egg House where you can purchase a breakfast sandwich, lunch, snacks, coffee and cold beverages. Your leashed pet is welcome, there's water available behind the Egg House. (Please keep our facility clean) Porta-potties are available near the entrance to each building. Corey accepts complaints, Susan accepts compliments. All the buildings are handicapped accessible, but some areas can be tight for wheelchairs and walkers. Vendors are happy to assist these shoppers when needed. There's no designated parking lot, so vehicles usually park in front of the Egg House or near any of the other buildings. Please drive cautiously as children run between buildings when they get excited.
  • Are we allowed to sell things?
We estimate 200-300 people come through the market per day. If you have things you'd like to sell, check our Vendor page, call Corey at 218-640-1171, or call Susan at 218-640-1126 to find out about space availability. Setting up is easy! Soliciting is prohibited. You must rent a space to sell at the Market. If you want to sell your stuff to one of our vendors, you must still pay the Flea Market $15.00 to set up for the day. Many people hold their garage and estate sales at the Market. If this isn't a regular source of income for you, no tax identification number is needed. However, the state does require us to have you complete the MN-ST19 form for our records. You can download the form from our Vendor page.
